Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Anderson joined the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging in 2011 as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role she is responsible for the management of all human relation functions for the Institute. Prior to joining BRIA, she was the Director of Human Resources at the Hemodialysis Services Inc., in Beachwood. OH.
Ms. Anderson received a master's degree in labor relations/human resources from Cleveland State University and a BA in marketing from Notre Dame College.
Ms. Anderson is active in the community and serves on various boards and committees. She serves on the Empowering and Strengthening Ohio's People (ESOP) board. Her committee memberships include the ADAMHSCC Board Human Resources Committee, the Community Planning Advisory Committee of the Buckeye Shaker Square Development Corporation, and the Human Resources and Volunteer Committees for Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Ms. Anderson also belongs to the Society of Human Resources Management.
