A celebration of aging for all ages!
Join the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging for a community open house at its new headquarters at 11890 Fairhill Road (corner of MLK and Fairhill). The event on Sunday, May 19, 2013, from 2pm to 4pm will be an afternoon filled with intergenerational family-oriented activities.
The open house will include building tours, a performance by Cleveland’s popular ’60s folk rock band Long Road, art making for all ages presented by the Art Therapy Studio, refreshments from Food for Thought, and free group photos in an oversized photo booth!

The Western Reserve Historical Society will be on hand to present short interactive talks with artifacts, including Custard, Coasters and Carousels: Remembering Euclid Beach Park (2:10 to 2:40 pm), Halle Brothers, May Co. and Higbee’s: Cleveland’s Golden Age of Shopping (2:50 to 3:20 pm), and Glorious Sports, Glamour Girls and Gas Guzzlers: Cleveland’s Fab 50s (3:30 to 4 pm).
