Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging's Center for Research and Education is excited to debut the 2016 Conference Series. This year, Benjamin Rose welcomes professionals, older adults and informal caregivers to participate in a series of conferences focused in three Benjamin Rose specialty areas: mental health and aging, professional development for providers of aging services and health living for older adults and family caregivers.
Each conference this year will involve a collaboration with an external organization with expertise in the conference topic to enhance conference programming.
Confirmed program collaborators for 2016 include: Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter, Alzheimer's Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter, Alzheimer's Association Northwest Ohio Chapter, Art Therapy Studio, City of Cleveland Department of Aging, Empowering and Strengthening Ohio's People (ESOP), Fairhill Partners, Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, Mike DeWine Ohio Attorney General's Office, Recovery Resources, The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland (SAGE Cleveland Program), and Visiting Angels

All programs for professionals will provide continuing education credit. The type of continuing education credit offered is dependent on the subject area of the conference. Continuing education credit is not generally available for the consumer programs.
