Our Commitment to Transparency in Coverage Compliance

Benjamin Rose is committed to full compliance with federal law and regulations concerning surprise billing and transparency in coverage. As a Medical Mutual plan sponsor, we pledge to help our staff understand the legislation and what Medical Mutual is doing to be fully compliant with the legislation.
