Our Commitment to Transparency in Coverage Compliance

Benjamin Rose is committed to full compliance with federal law and regulations concerning surprise billing and transparency in coverage. As a Medical Mutual plan sponsor, we pledge to help our staff understand the legislation and what Medical Mutual is doing to be fully compliant with the legislation. 

The transparency in Coverage mandate requires insurers and group health plans to make rate information publicly accessible to members and non-members starting July 1, 2022.

Janet Schneider, MLRHR

Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer

Janet Schneider is the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer at Benjamin Rose, and is responsible for all human resources functions including compensation and benefits; recruitment and selection; employee relations; and training and development. She joined Benjamin Rose in 2019 with over 20 years of non-profit management experience.

Janet Schneider is the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer at Benjamin Rose, and is responsible for all human resources functions including compensation and benefits; recruitment and selection; employee relations; and training and development. She joined Benjamin Rose in 2019 with over 20 years of non-profit management experience. 

Prior to joining Benjamin Rose, Schneider served as Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance for a federally qualified health center with seven locations near Cleveland’s west side. In addition, she held various leadership positions at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, including Operations Director for the Y-Haven Branch, New Business Development Director and Executive Director of Child Care Services.

Schneider earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Akron, and a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources degree from Cleveland State University.

Carole DySart

Human Resources Administrator

Carole DySart joined the Benjamin Rose Human Resources team in 1996, and currently serves as the Human Resources Administrator. In this role, she is responsible for performing Human Resources-related duties on a professional level, including staff recruitment and orientation, and reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. DySart also carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations and recruitment/employment.
