Can more than one person live in a unit?

Yes, households that meet HUD income limitations are welcome to apply. Each resident must provide their own information, including income, benefits, and assets, along with the main applicant. Please note that all units are single-bedroom.

Is there a waitlist if all units are currently occupied?

Yes, if all units are occupied, you can choose to be added to our waitlist. To join the waitlist, you must:

  • Meet age requirements
  • Meet all eligibility requirements
  • Have no criminal activity in the last 10 years by anyone on the application, including minors
  • Meet income guidelines
