Carole DySart joined the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging Human Resources team in 1996, and currently serves as the Human Resources Administrator. In this role, she is responsible for performing Human Resources-related duties on a professional level, including staff recruitment and orientation, and reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. DySart also carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations and recruitment/employment.
