The Rose Centers for Aging Well Hosts Annual Senior Prom: Fun in the Sun!

[CLEVELAND, OH] - The Benjamin Rose and the Rose Centers for Aging Well are thrilled to announce their highly anticipated annual Senior Prom, with this year's theme being "Fun in the Sun!" Local seniors will gather at the Benjamin Rose Conference Center on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 4PM to 7PM for an evening filled with dinner, dancing, raffles, photo booth snapshots, resources, and much more! Attendees will have the chance to elect a prom king and queen, adding an extra touch of excitement to the event.

The Rose Centers for Aging Well operates six locations throughout the Greater Cleveland area, each fostering a vibrant community of older adults who benefit from the programs and services offered.

Senior Prom is just one of many activities and outings that the Rose Centers offer to empower older adults to remain engaged and reduce the risk of social isolation. "Everyone is so nice," participant Alzonia Evans of the community at the Lakeshore Rose Center. "I told my daughters, and my sister – who now comes to the center as well – that they are my first family, but the people at the center are my second family. I appreciate all of them and how they have made me feel so welcome.”
